Let me first start by saying, "With God All Things Are Possible." After years of much prayer, hardwork, patience, negotiations, and determination, and in Gods appointed time of August 23, 2012 at 3:15pm, Anastasia Oluoch's plane touch down in the United States of America at Dulles Airport. Anastasia Oluoch was taken into custody by the unstoppable Detective Julie Pitocchelli, who was the sole Task Force officer in Baltimore, actively working this case for five years. My father and I are forever grateful to Detective Pitocchelli for her diligence and drive to bring Anastasia Oluoch to justice. This is a great moment in history, because this is the first time from my understandiing, that a Kenyan has ever been extradited back to the United States, and the first time that the Baltimore City Police Department has ever extradited anyone from out of the country. What Detective Pitoccelli has done is paramount and she is a hero not only to my Dad and I, but to the many seasoned souls, around this country, who now have hope that something has and will be done, to end elder abuse.
